Hello Everyone and Happy 2017!

I hope that your new year has kicked off in a great way! We are already well into our 2017 schedule and have been working toward our goals without hesitation. Today will be our first update of the year, so I wanted to give more insight into the game and hopefully show off a bit of gameplay soon in relation to this week’s update content. As we finetune the AI, I want to discuss how the customer in the game will function.

To begin, we refine a lot of our processes over time as they are deemed necessary. Currently, at this stage of development, we are playtesting the different systems to make sure they both behave in a way that makes sense and most importantly—work in a logical fashion...

Hello everyone and happy holidays to all!

This week there will not be a full game or studio update. However, I wish to look back on 2016 and lay out the plan going forward into 2017. This year has been a very productive one for Tech Executive Tycoon! Earlier in the year, we started from the bottom and re-crafted this game from the ground up. This was a daunting yet necessary task. Looking back on this decision, I can say that it has made monumental improvements on the original design of the game. New features and a more rounded experience is now possible as a result. We’ve learned a ton and have been able to apply that insight into our processes. Studio Update: December

Hello everyone! Today we have a studio update for you. I want to share that the game has been delayed into 2017. Little has changed from previous updates other than the fact that 2017 will be the release year. I will stop short of giving any further details regarding our scheduled quarter and date of release. I will share that progress is still going very well and on par with our previous updates. So please know that this game is still on course for its release and the delay is simply a clarification that the game will NOT be released in the 2016 calendar year. What I can share with you is that the game will absolutely release in 2017 and the plan is for early 2017...

desk03This week’s update will be smaller, but focus on a cool and fun aspect of the game. Furnishing options that will be available to you the player for your headquarters. We are focusing on making the game as engaging and immersive to play as we possibly can. We want you to feel that you are running a real live operation.  To do this, we are attempting to make everything in the game detailed and fleshed out. So, there will be gameplay elements to each item that you can purchase. We aim to strike a balance with this however so that you are not spending most of your time in the game micromanaging and trying to min/max items that you purchase. Studio Update – November 2016

Hello everyone! This week will be a studio update.

This week we are working on fine tuning a lot of the work related to the last update as well as many other things. The work of polishing the process of creating the components that will make up the personal computer has been fun indeed. We are also finalizing the console creation feature of the game as well as all software and game development features. It’s quite surreal as we begin to see it all come together the way that we have planned it. There is still a distance left to be travelled before release but we are moving along quite nicely. The goal is to get everything to a point where we can begin the full testing process and get this game completed.

Weekly Update: September Studio update

Hello Everyone and welcome to another of our weekly updates!

This week we’re providing a studio update. Up to this point we have discussed quite a bit about gameplay features and many details regarding the inner mechanics of the game. Today, I want to provide a bit of information regarding our progress toward completing the game, what’s left to do and our plans for reaching the release date of this game. Schedules are tight and we are working toward the goal of getting this game finished. We have implemented a lot of the game and we are at roughly 80% completion.
